SmartMx2 P60 power consumption when the SLEEP Mode is Enabled

Have been using SmartMX2 P60 Secure Element and as per the ATR response CLOCK Stop mode ( SLEEP Mode) is enabled. And as per the datasheet the SLEEP Mode current is very low but the actual current consumption of the card is same as the normal operational. Is there any specific steps/configuration needs to be executed in order to get into SLEEP Mode. ?

Further details on the above issue:

P60 SmartMx2 Card ATR has format byte value of TA4=0xC3 which means CLOCK STOP Mode is supported. But the P60 SmartMx2 card always consumes Minimum of 4mA of current (i.e, operating current). Is anybody here able to configure the card to support lesser current consumption, as per the data sheet it says 200 microAmp current consumption in the SLEEP MODE but am not able achieve this.
