I need the PMSM_appconfig.xls to generating the PMSM_appconfig.h which include the motor parameter.

The PMSM_appconfig.h header file is generated by the MCAT tool.

Please refer to AN5135 3-phase Sensorless PMSM Motor Control Kit with MagniV MC9S12ZVM.
