LPC11c24/OM13093 error while flashing

Hi

Can someone help me with this error while flashing MCU ? Last feature I added is MCU watchdog. Might reason for the error be WDG resetting the MCU while IDE/debug server is trying to prepare MCU for flashing ?

Thanks !
