Regarding to USB regulator output voltage, it is set 3.2V by OUTPUT_TRG in PMU_REG_3P0 register.
I think USB normally use 3.3V. Also, uboot use default value of 3.0V.
Are there any reason to set the voltage as 3.2V in Linux?

There is no special reason to set 3.2V output. All voltages in range of 3.0V to 3.3V are valid for USB operation.
