How to import Code Warrior classic examples into Eclipse?

I want to tinker around with some examples available for Code Warrior classic, but in the Eclipse environment. I found a video that shows how to do this here:

CodeWarrior® for Microcontrollers V10.0 - Impo|NXP

However when I go through the motions I run into this "toolchain is not supported" issue. I've tried with several different examples and all give the same error.

Any suggestions what this might be?

Hi Joseph,

CW10.7 integrates classic CW importer which is only for DSC. (Search "classic project importer" in help manual you will see.)

For other target chip, please refer an4727 to import classic CW project.

Hope this helps.

Have a great day,
