What I want to know is whether dataman and xeltek can ensure the S912XE family mcu to program correctly.

Hi,

The easiest way is to contact vendors of the product you are interested in.

Having contacted a few guys I have to say...Unfortunately, we do not use them and have no experience with them. We usually use tools presented at our pages
