autosar os 4.0 int the EB tool ,it can't generate the code .

I used the autosar tool EB14.0 generate the autosar code , setup the "SW560XP-OS401-RTMC-1.0.0 b4.0.69" and "MPC560XP_MCAL4_0_RTM_1_0_1"  ,but it can't  work. it need licences , for MPC560xp family .
