IMX6S can't read the peripheral Registers with UlinkPro and DS5

Hi! I want to bare metal debugg the cortex M4 on the IMX6S with the UlinkPro and DS5. It works good until i want to read the peripheral Registers. And it does not matter which peripheral i choose, the connection to the Board will be interrupted and a reset of the Board is necessary. But i can read the other Registers ( Core, System, FP ).

Is there any possibility to get an access to the peripheral Registers?
