Reliable JTAG system adapter for MPC8314

Can anybody suggest a reliable JTAG system adapter for MPC8314?

It will be good if it will fit Molex connector p/n 87831-1420 (CONN, HEADER, 14POS, 2MM, VERT).

Pins assignment is attached.

Thank you for your help and information. I contacted NXP over the phone, posted on company web-site, and suggested E-mail address: globalsales.appsupport@nxp.com with intention to buy appropriate debugging tools, but did not receive any response yet so far.

We recommend using CodeWarrior 8.8 compiler and CodeWarrior TAP or USB TAP for the MPC8314.
