Can't add OpenOCD plugin to LPCXpresso IDE

I've installed the LPCXpresso v8.2.2 IDE on Ubuntu 16.04 LTS and activated successfully, but I can't add the OpenOCD Debugging plugin to the IDE. I've tried writing the url in Help -> Install New Software... -> Work with, but I'm not getting any answer (just a "Pending..." sign):

I've tried with different Internet connections, so I don't believe that is the problem.

I believe that the maintainer of those 3rd party Eclipse plugins has relocated them. For details see his website at: How to install the GNU MCU Eclipse plug-ins?

Note that if you are looking at using these 3rd part plugins in order to use debug probes that are not supported by LPCXpresso IDE itself, then you may instead want to consider looking at MCUXpresso IDE - which as well as "LinkServer" debug connections such LPC-Link2 (and other CMSIS-DAP probes) also provides built in support for SEGGER J-Link and P&E Micro debug probes. For details, visit : http://www.nxp.com/mcuxpresso/ide
