and we have concern the power sequence of 5V(NX5P2190UK A1/A2) and pull-up power 3P3V(NX5P2190UK A4).

which power should be first enable as below design?

Hi,

There is no limitation on the power sequence between VIN and /FLT pins. /FLT pin is an open drain output pin, so as long as there is no fault condition, this pin should be in high-impedance if the +3P3V rail is not powered and +5V is rail powered. And in the other side, if +3P3V is powered and +5V is unpowered (and there is no fault condition), /FLT pins should be HIGH (around +3P3V).
