S32DS is dedicated and configured for for usage with NXP products. If you like to use STM parts - it is better idea to get latest eclipse release for C/C++ and install ST-LINK plugin. I found this tutorial. related to Eclipse and ST-LINK V2. Of course you can try to install this plugin also in S32DS - theoretically it may be working.
