Dear all,

We use one DDR3L.
DCD for them was generated using Aid Script.
In the test using MCIMX7SABRE, it work fine.

From now on, we will design original PCB.
Is termination required though following pins are not used?

  • DRAM_CS1_B
  • DRAM_SDCKE1
  • DRAM_DATA[16:31]
  • DRAM_SDQS2_P
  • DRAM_SDQS2_N
  • DRAM_SDQS3_P
  • DRAM_SDQS3_N
  • DRAM_DQM2
  • DRAM_DQM3

I think that outputs are NC.
Is Pull-up/down required for inputs, such as DQS?

Best Regards,

George
