I guess you mean a SFP module. Some SFP modules can be connected directly to the P1010 SGMII interface. The P1010 eTSEC SGMII interface was designed to connect the on-chip MAC to an SGMII compatible PHY. Therefore, NXP does not have specific recommendations for interfacing directly to an SFP optical transceivers readily available. There can be some problem with the direct connection - please see

Both discussions are valid for the P1010 SGMII. However there are also SGMII SFP optical transceiver which has built-in PHY supporting SGMII Interface, see for example
