the internal teams are currently working to finalize the roadmap for this part (I assume you mean S32R274).
But the release of EAR (Early Access Release) it is currently anticipated at the end of 2017 or 1Q2018

According to the latest information I have the S32R274 SDK should be released in Jun-2018 time frame.
