Question, i.MX6SX Camera input

Dear team,

My customer is trying to modify a back and front porch for camera input connected to i.MX6SoloX.

And they found the attached source code from your Linux-BSP.

They think the location of enabling signal can be modified in vdec_mode_timing_init() function in the source-code.

Is it true?

If they should watch other codes for modifying that, please let me know.

Thanks,

Miyamoto

Hello joanxie

Sorry for my poor explanation.

The customer is using analog cameras connected to VADC of i.MX6SX.

The Analog cameras:

NTSC Camera: http://www.moswell.co.jp/syasai/349-ms-183.html

yes, for mx6sx, you can use /unit_tests/mx6s_v4l2_capture.out -d /dev/video<x> to test the camera, did you try to test it? any result for  your camera?

If its helpful see my blog entry on VADC support , i would have thought that camera would work with out any changes since its support NTSC at 720x420.
