About /dev/mmcblk3rpmb operation

How Can I operate the eMMC RPMB partition?  When I mount this patition,the information is below:

Hello,

  Please try using mmc-utils for RPMB operations.

Boot from eMMC mmcblk3boot0 or mmcblk3boot1.
