Writing MIPI-CSI 2 Camera Driver for i.MX6Q(Wandboard)

Hello ;

I am new at about drivers , I will write specific camera (mipi csi-2 interface) driver for i.MX6Q processor device . I made some research about it and found that I need to make changes on mxc_mipi_cs2  and v4l2-subdev files . But I don't know which specific features shoul I have to look at for camera driver . I decided to write while look at ov5640 camera driver then compile whole system with again in yocto(bitbake). I need some advice about which specifications should I have to look at while writing camera driver?
