P5020 device is reporting a device ID of P5010??

P5020 device is reporting a device ID of P5010??

in both the Device ID register and the PCIe register that it is a P5010.  This is happening on two boards, when we go read it from a different P5020 setup it tells us that it is a P5020 correctly.  Is the Device_ID hardcoded in the part, can it be changed.  We don't see a regsiter that can control it.

Both P5020 and P5010 devices are based on the same silicon. To distinguish between the devices, pin TEST_SEL must be pulled up for P5020 or connected to ground for P5010.

Please look P5020/P5010 device datasheet ("Hardware Specifications"), Table 1, Note 28 below the table.

"For P5010, this signal must be pulled low to GND".
