32bit DDR memory part number has been tested for iMX7 ?

we are working on a imX7 based design. The existing reference design from NXP details using 16 bit DDR memory. Since our product size is limited, we are planning to use a 32 bit DDR memory. Please advice which 32bit DDR memory part number has been tested for iMX7 with support on Linux.
