Hi,

Could you please provide more information about your issue.

Which peripherals are you using?

What are you connecting to the MCU?

Are you using a NXP board? If this is no, could you please provide a schematic file?

Please measure the impedance between VDD and Vss.

Please make a visual inspection looking for solder short or open pins.

Please measure the current on the MCU.

Which is the MCU frequency?

Have a great day,
Sol

Hello,

Please see below application:

  1. now all the external equipments have been removed when testing;
  2. SDRAM, FRAM, SP706;
  3. please download Schematic from below link: http://pan.baidu.com/s/1kVFUaft ;
  4. VDD 3.28V;
  5. Current 55mA;
  6. No problem has been founded after checking;
  7. Cortext-M4 204MHz; Cortext-M0 204MHz;

Please provide temperature datasheet about this chipset during operation, so that we are able to judge whether the current temperature is normal or not, thanks.

Hi Maggie

Unfortunately, we doesn't have the chip core frequency with temperature  coefficient data.

We just provide the power consumption with core frequency and temperature related curve:

pastedImage_1.png

Could you provide more detailed data about the chip temperature?

The ambient  temp and the chip surface temp. How about the chip temperature rising ramp?

Thank you.

Have a great day,
Ma Hui

Hello Sir,

Can you provide the register address of [FLASHTIM] bits value of Flash Accelerator Configuration for flash bank A/B? How to operate with it? We couldnt find it as there are lots of register addresses for this chipset.

By the way, can you provide telephone contact info and engineer door-to-door service? it would be quick to solve the problem, thanks.

Best regards,

Maggie pan

Hi Maggie,

Flash Accelerator Configuration for flash bank A register (FLASHCFGA, address 0x4004 3120);

Flash Accelerator Configuration for flash bank B register (FLASHCFGB, address 0x4004 3124).

Following reset, flash accelerator functions are enabled and flash access timing is set to a default value of 16 clocks.

If customer want to modify the [FLASHTIM] value of FLASHCFGA/B register, please refer below code:

LPC_CREG->FLASHCFGA = (0xF << 12) | (0x1 << 31);

LPC_CREG->FLASHCFGB = (0xF << 12) | (0x1 << 31);

Have a great day,
Ma Hui

Hello Mr. Ma hui,

thanks for your reply.

We tested and found it goes normal when the frequency is lowered to 120Mhz, thanks.
