Are there any off the shelf passive wake-up radio devices available. I'm basically looking for a passive rf relay to wake up a wireless transceiver. If there is something that works with the standard wifi frequencies that would be ideal. I see NXP sponsored a paper looking at PWUR recently.
Does NXP or anyone else have this sort of thing on the market?
