Can SA602A or SA612A be used for 250 MHz local oscillator frequency?

Hi,

In the data sheet of both SA602A and SA612A it was specified that the typical local oscillator frequency can be 200 MHz. Can I use them for 250 MHz local oscillator frequency? 

If not, is there any other IC that can be used for 250 MHz local oscillator frequency?

Internal LO operation above 200MHz is possible but it is not guaranteed.

You can use external LO signal at 250MHz without problems.
