Hello there,

I am working with development platform of K64F and I am programming the actions of the ADC for conversion in 16bits, single-ended working.

I have read the reference manual, but I am still not sure if I am right about range.

Following this, I have assumed that the input voltage range is between 0V and 3'6V.

Could anyone confirm this assumption?

Hi Cesar Hoyos

It depends in your VDD, VDDA, VSS, VSSA and VREF voltages. For example if you supply VDD with 3.3V, VDDA must be 3.3V (+/- 0.1V) and then VREFH could be up to 3.3V, so your range is between VREFL and 3.3V.
