Question about MK50DX256CMC10

We are having a problem with the MK50DX256CMC10, both 4N22D and 5N22D. The device is completely unresponsive on the JTAG interface, when powered by 1.8V. However when the board voltage is raised to 3.3V, the device operates normally (programs, runs, etc.). We are using the Segger J-link Ultra+ Emulator, which supports 1.8V on the target interface.

  Thanks,

                              Damon

There is a chance that all the boards on which this issue was initially observed were built with 4N22D. I will have to confirm the existence of the problem on a board that is actually built with 5N22D.

Hi,

From what your description, it seems related with the errata 6665 which make the limitation of the device operating range. But this errata had been eliminated from maskset 5N22D. That is to say maybe there has other issue with the hardware design of the board. Would you mind to sent the schematic of the board for review?
