List of supported NAND Flash in SPL/Uboot and how to configure it

Hi ,

I am working over the IMX6 based design  , in which we are interfacing Raw Nand Flash with IMX6 . Just would like to know , the list of NAND Flash supported in SPL and uboot. where will it be . How to configure a SPL and uboot for particular NAND Flash. Please suggest.

it is defined in file drives/mtd/nand/nand_ids and new nand record can added there.
