I'm designing a wide band PA with 12V dc supplied. I'm looking for a transistor holding about 20W which A2T27S020 meet my requirement. Hope can get some comments from NXP

A2T27S020N can be used at VDD=12V without any stability issues. However, it has been characterized to operate at VDD=28 and we have no measured data for VDD=12V. Using device at lower voltages would decrease device efficiency and P1dB compression output power. My rough estimation is that P1dB power would be ~10W.

What is the requirments of your application, frequency range, bandwidth, signal type and linearity requirments? We might propose a suitable part for your design.

I'm designing a wide band PA system with 12V supplying. I need a transistor can output about 1W to finish one part of my system covering from 1800~2700MHz. Do you have any other recommending?
