LPDDR2 CONFIGURATION IMX6Q Aid, UBOOT

I use custom board with IMX6Q revision 1.3 with LPDDR2 ,

SPL runs but UBOOT doesn't run, suspect a problem with LPDDR2 configuration. 

1. Is there Script aid for LPDDR2 , IMX6Q  revision 1.3 ?

2. please help.
