LS1020a DDR RAM

hi, Since we are using the NOR FLASH, Is DDR3L/4 is important to interface with LS1020A? if not what is the constrain ? or is it possible to have SRAM interface by eliminating DDRAM?

Main constraint is our SDK, it requires DDR memory for normal working flow, that is why typically all users use DDR memory in their designs. If you do not use SDK, you don't have to use DDR.

If you chose the last option (non-SDK), the LS1020A contains 2 x 64kB on-chip SRAM. If this is not enough for your application, you can add external SRAM on the IFC interface.
