Hello,

Let me know in the below image(red circle), whether R514 and R520 are used as voltage divider, when we use oscillator of 24MHz.

Clock_i.MX6UL.png

As mentioned in Errata sheet when using oscillator, use R514 as 1Kohm and R520 as 499 ohm.

So when 3.3V levels from oscillator(Y503) are driven, its converted to 1.1V, as required for NVCC_PLL.

When using clock (Y501), R514 should be 0Ohm and R520 should be DNP.

Please confirm.

Regards,

Surendra.

Hi Surendra

please use Table 23. XTALI and RTC_XTALI DC Parameters i.MX6UL Datasheet

http://cache.freescale.com/files/32bit/doc/data_sheet/IMX6ULCEC.pdf

and datasheet of external oscillator. Use divider if necessary, based on voltages

provided by external oscillator.

Best regards
igor
