RF Solutions to 868Mhz Long Range

Is there any NXP product (active) with similar features to this?


TI CC1120 and this CC1190


I need work in 868Mhz ISM

I need Long Range and operation between 500mW-1W and 3~5V

For used with small antenna. Actually I used this antenna of 120mm.

Network topology: Point-to-Multipoint

SPI, I2C or UART interface for the mcu.


Multipoint (or endDevice) requeriments:

Power supply: 12V DC typical. I used dc/dc buck converter for 3V3 or 5V but I could use 12V if it gets more reach

Multiple 12V buses: 3A, 5A, 10A, 15A, 20A and 30A (protec with littlefuse mini fuse auto).

At least 1 GPIO if it's possible. Otherwise I have to use Kinetis mcu, L series for example.


Point (or coordinator) requeriments:

Power supply:  1.5V ~ 5V  (AA batteries with dc/dc boost/buck converter with dedicated Low-noise LDO for the transmitter).

SPI, I2C or UART interface to K series MCU.
