Hi,
In my iMX6D based design, we have used the MMPF0100 to supply voltage and CPU/SOC core voltages and it's interface devices.
I have received my board and started testing. I have made a design with SW3A/B Dual Phase output, and I am getting SW3A (VDD_1V5_3A - DDR3L Interface) - 1.5V  and SW3B (VDD_1V5_3B - floating output) - 2.1 floating voltage.
To keep both SW3A/B with high current output, I would like to convert it PMIC SW3A/B Dual Phase to SW3A/B single Phase output. Kindly provide me changes required to make in my existing design SW3A/B with 1.5V with a 2.5Amp output.

Please find attached PMIC schematic.

Awaiting for your earlier response.

Hello,

Section 6.4.4.4.5 (SW3A/B single phase) of the PF0100 Datasheet describes

single phase mode, and Figure 21 (SW3A/B single phase block diagram)

clarifies schematic implementation for it.

  Note :

According to Table 10 (Start-up configuration) of the PF0100 Datasheet,

SW3AB Single Phase, 2.0 MHz is start up setting for SW3.

Have a great day,
