our company planed to design our BMS based on MC33771. we want to know about characteristic of this chip. Because when somebody test this chip, the communication of chain is easy to break.

about 33771, I want to know more about TPL communication. when our engineer tested 10-14 battery groups within TPL communication mode of this chip, the communication is broken easily. Have you met the similar problems?
Actually, our experience with TPL was very good, the link was very
reliable, sometimes, if the MC33771 reset for some reason (for instance if
VANA was too small), we have to reset the address if the address is not
stored on the MC33771 flash.
Besides that, we have no complain about the TPL communication. We had one
issue on the beginning, where the SPI communication with the MC33664 was
too slow, as soon as we increase the clock of the MCU communicating with
the MC33664, everything was ok.

Do you know why the MC33771 cannot be powered off properly?If you can not normal power down will affect the 33771's normal work
