Format of T2080RDB-PC RCW

How do I update T208RDB-PB RCW to T2080RDB-PC

The request is not fully clear.

Please note that there are following differences between the RDB revisions:

T2080RDB-PB uses V1.0 silicon and DDR is running at 1600MT/s.
T2080RDB-PC uses V1.1 silicon and DDR is running at 1866MT/s.
Except of CPU and DDR SODIMM, the schematic and PCB are same for -PB and -PC.

The RCW can be updated ase explained in the SDK Documentation:

The selected TAP is correct.

Also it is needed to purchase the probe tip for PowerQUICC II/III, QorIQ MPUs: CWH-CTP-COP-YE

Do you know if the evaluation copy of Code Warrior will allow me to use the JTAG kit to fix my RCW/u-boot code?

Yes, no licence is needed to run the CodeWarrior Flash Programmer.
