lookup table for MPC5643L simulink toolbox

hello, we are using the MCP5643L simulink toolbox. We want to development a 2-D lookup table , which can be calibrated by INCA, or CANape. We would like the x axis and y axis can be changed as well.  How can we set the 2-D lookup table in simulink? or do we need to develop another s-function for this ?

Standard Simulink has 2-D Lookup Table in the Simulink/Lookup Tables library. Is this what you are looking for ?
