I have downloaded model for MRFE6VS25N. When using this model in AWR v11 (32bit) I get an error message "Unable to locate the Component named 'FSLRFPK_FET2' and I do not get a correct symbol of the LDMOS. See attached snip-doc.

There seems to be some error in the model. Can I get a correct one somehow?

Or even better, can I get the 64bit model for use in AWR v13??
