i.MX7 ODT pin for LPDDR3

Hi,

We know the imx7 does not support ODT for LPDDR3. We use NANYA part with ODT and we connect the ODT signal to the LPDDR3. Now, Nanya asks us to take care the ODT signal level if we do not support the ODT. The ODT of LPDDR3 should be tied to GND. Is the ODT from IMX7 set to GND in default when we use LPDDR3? Or do we just need to delete the connection and tie the NANYA LPDDR3 ODT to GND directly?

Please provide the documentation for your LPDDR3 part to make me able to find out the correct connection of the ODT signal.
