we are suffering lately from a great problem with our latest product, the core of the product is uC MC68HC908LJ12, the program on the flash corrupt easily with the fluctuation of the 220Vac supply, the device first use a conventional analoge power supply with regulators 7805 , we then changed the power supply to be SMPS that use an input ac voltage wide range from 85Vac to 265Vac and deliver out constant stable 12 Vdc regulated to 5Vdc to drive the uC , but still the sme problem occured. any one can give any suggestion how to solve the problem?
