Hello,

Is there any compiler option to generate .s19 file instead of .MOT file when using CW 2.10?

Because it seems that CW 2.10 does not support .MOT file download.

Best regards,

Neo

Hello Neo,

what do you mean by "it seems that CW 2.10 does not support .MOT file download."?

From my point of view, it does matter which extension is used fo S-record. Could you please clarify your question?

Regards,

Martin

For which device? Are you using the burrner utility (S-Record, Intel Hex and Binary Files | MCU on Eclipse )? If so, you can generate s19 files as well. Other than that, there is the SourceForge SRecord utility which can transform your files into virtually any kind of format, see CRC Checksum Generation with ‘SRecord’ Tools for GNU and Eclipse | MCU on Eclipse

I hope this helps,

Erich
