problem of rehost about permanent floating licence

I have a codewarrior permanent floating licence, I want to rehost to another PC, but when I clicked "return" button, it told me "the maximum number of returns is reached",but the entitlement exp is to MAY 9 2017.In this status ,how to rehost?thank you!

There is a limit for number of re-hosts which has been probably reached.

I'd recommend you to create a support ticket to resolve this issue.
