I try to simulate hw bring-up before i get the new board that is base on P1022.
As I understand I have to first create a BareBoard project for this CPU type (Download RAM) then configure debug.
When the debug include target reset it fails mostly with fail to write to memory however when run out of reset is not selected and initialize target is selected connection is with no errors.
Do I need to run out of reset when I use board bring-up I.E. When nothing is yet initialized . If you don't select run out of reset would it simply connect and synchronize with the jtag and can initialize the ram etc?
I am using the eval board P1022DS - basically It may be also be helpful to understand how this board is flashed from scratched - do I need to to set run out of reset or not?

Run out of reset should not be set.
