Why does boundary register length test fail for iMX6Q bsdl files for the MCIMX6S4AVM08AC?

We have run a boundary register length test for this device: MCIMX6S4AVM08AC, using the IMX6Q bsdl files and the test fails.

for MCIMX6S4AVM08AC please use i.MX 6DualLite and i.MX 6Solo BSDL File(REV 1.1)

i.MX6DL|i.MX 6DualLite Processors|3D Graphics|NXP 

also check that JTAG_MOD=1
