Atmel's ATSAMV71J21 is looking really tempting - 2 MB of flash and 384 KB of RAM with a 300 MHz Cortex M7 core in a 64-pin LQFP package. So far NXP doesn't seem to have anything close in a comparable package. My application takes a lot of impact and board flex and LQFPs work out better than BGAs and QFNs, and there's no room for anything larger than a 14mm part.
I've invested a lot of time and money in Freescale/NXP development tools, though, and I'd rather not switch if there's something comparable in the pipeline.
Thanks,
Scott
Hi Scott,
So far, the available Kinetis/LPC MCUs based on ARM Cortex-M7 core is KV5x product.
Thank you for the attention.
Have a great day,

That's too big for my application, I'm afraid.
