According to the specification on NTAG213F, max. Vdd for pullup on FDpin recommended is 3.6V. I am using a battery 3.3-4.2V as supply. Is that a problem?

Jesper

Hi Jorge,

Thanks for the clarification. We will add a diode to make sure the voltage will not exceed 3.6V.

Best regards,

Jesper

Hi Jorge,

Thanks for your reply.

I assume  you mean keep VDD voltage below 4.6 V - please confirm.

Best regards,

Jesper Selander

Hi Jesper,

Sorry for the confusion. No, I meant keeping the voltage below 3.6 V, as specified in the datasheet:

Hello Jesper Selander,

Actually the limiting value for voltage on the FD pin is 4.6 V. But as stated in the datasheet the exposure to limiting values for extended periods can affect device reliability, see below:

So I highly recommend you to keep VDD voltage below the 3.6 V.

Best Regards!,
