We are using MPX2010 single side port for measuring pressure in one of our applications. The sensor is mounted to the board using a regular screw nut method. But to secure the strength of nut, we are planning to use RTV162 silicone glue near to the nut and this may come into contact with sensor surface. I want to confirm there will not be any impact on the sensor performance or the sensor body material.

Hi,

Yes, you can use RTV silicone glue to secure the sensor to the screw/nut, this should not cause any problem on the sensor performance or sensor body material, however, make sure that the glue does not goes inside of the sensors otherwise there could be error on the measurements or internal damage of the sensor material.

Have a great day,
Jose
