As a part of our safety measures, the following bits (HVD_CORE_DIS, LVD_FLASH_DIS and so on) in the PMC_PMCCR register should be monitored during running. However, there is no description to these bits to be find in the user manual. Where can I get more detailed information? Thank you in advance. (I'm using MPC5744PRM Rev. 6, 06/2016)

You must be using some old version of tools because in 2013 this register was changed with a new mask:
What your tool is showing was valid for an old cut 1.1 of device.
Accidental change of this register is not possible as you always have to write PMCCR_EN bit before you are able to change content of this register.
I see no point to monitor reserved bits.
