Above PA is used for application from 400-510 MHz. but it is working from 320-400 MHz. 

operated at 7.5 Vdc , drawing 280mA. beyond 400 if used o/p falls and current too reduces to 180-150 mA.

It looks like if impedance mismatch causes this behaviour. Once the the circuit is mot matched the output power falls down and the board consumption is reduced.

Does your design follow schematic and layout of the reference design?

Our Board D56664 uses PCB material FR4 DK4.8, thickness 20 mils, 1/1 oz copper ( plating adds ~1 mil (~0.7 oz) copper onto each
side of the copper foil).

If you use different material and thickness, the impedances of the striplines may differ from the target values.

sir,

one more clarification: i am using it for CW application.

in system i has to wrk for CDMA ( spread spectrum ) signals.

Hope there will not be any issue.
