ETM Trace on a K65

I am using a K65 with  a clock speed of 144 MHz on my target board. I am not having much luck using the ETM trace capability with IAR's IDE and Segger's J-Trace. I am able to do this with a simple project running with a clock speed of 20 MHz so I'm thinking that the trace signals aren't clean enough. I've tried to follow the recommendations for the trace signals on my target pcb. Has anyone been able to use ETM trace with faster clock speeds? If so with what clock speeds, what trace length and spacing, and what values for any source terminating resistors?

Thanks,

Elizabeth

Elizabeth,

We are also having issues using (4-bit) trace, but we are using Keil uVision with MDK 5.22. I made a post about it here:

TWR-K65F180M no trace synchronization on 4-bit port

You may have already tried some (or all) of the the corresponding steps in IAR. Were you also having issues with not being able to see data in either the Event Log or Event Viewer? I have not seen anything suggesting that it's not possible to use with higher clock speeds, but if I do I will be sure to let you know.
