imx6q boot from TF card (sdhc2) error

on my custom im6q board, run m6.0.1_2.1.0-ga boot from TF card (in SDHC2 slot, 64GB), flash tool is ./device/fsl/common/tools/fsl-sdcard-partition.sh,

 

system stuck at keep scaning the "android" logo, and i got the error bellow from the boot info:
