Apply PCXpresso54608 development board

I have not used NXP's Cortex-M4 production yet. In last years I always used LPC17xx series and LPC11xx series. By this chance, I want to apply for LPCXpresso54608 development board to learn how to use Cortex-M4 production. First I will test the demo apps in the SDK。
